Out coldproof gas springs meet the performance and longevity requirements of the Basic Series, but their operating temperature range is wider, thanks to the special materials used, and low temperatures do not cause them any problems.

Their use is recommended in an area where the ambient temperature exceeds the performance of normal gas springs, and fails before time.

• The coldproof option is available for all types we manufacture.
• The operating temperature range for coldproof gas springs: min.: -45 °C, max.: +80 °C.
• Coldproof gas springs are only fitted with metal connectors.
